Segmentrapport
Vi har tidigare informerat om vår segmentrapport, men vi passar på att påminna om den. Sedan tidigare har det ju varit lätt att följa hur ni ligger till jämfört med same-time-last-year, jämfört med budget eller hur prognosen framåt ser ut. I bland dyker det då upp frågeställningar kring vad det är som gör att vi ligger före eller efter. Vi har därför utvecklat en segmentrapport där ni kan se vilka segment som går bättre eller sämre än tidigare eller förväntat. Det här gör det mycket lättare för er att sätta in åtgärder i tid vid förändringar i marknaden.
Skapa dina segment genom att klicka på “edit segments” i segmentrapporten eller under configure/rate groups/segment. Här kan du sortera alla dina rate codes i rätt segment.

Nya widgets på Dashboard
Har du ställt in din dashboard så att den verkligen visar det du vill??
Vi har ju flera riktigt bra widgetar som kan ge dig en snabb överblick av din verksamhet. Men vi är ju alla olika och därför kan du anpassa den efter dina behov.
Vi har nu ett par nya widgets, bland annat “latest bookings” som visar de senaste inkomna bokningarna och “Days with price limit” som visar vilka dagar du manuellt ställt in min eller max pris.
Ny restriktionsmöjlighet
Vi har nu möjlighet att automatiskt sätta restriktioner även på egen beläggning. Detta kan vara bra om du t ex vill stänga vissa rumstyper eller priskoder när du når en viss beläggning.
Blockhantering – MEWS och Opera Cloud
För MEWS och Opera Cloud använder nu PMHR avancerad blockhantering och kan inkludera icke-upplockade rum från grupp-block i rapporter och widgets. Även block där rum blir released enligt schema hanteras automatiskt och reflekteras på rätt sätt i all statistik. Block för en viss dag visas på detaljsidan och mer information om blocket kan fås direkt utan att behöva gå in i bokningssystemet.

Segment report
We have previously informed about our segment report, but we take the opportunity to remind you of it. Since before, it has been easy to follow how you are compared to the same-time-last-year, compared to the budget or how the forecast looks like. In between, questions arise about what it is that makes us ahead or behind. We have therefore developed a segment report where you can see which segments are doing better or worse than before or expected. This makes it much easier for you to take action in time when the market changes.
Create your segments by clicking “edit segments” in the segment report or under configure/rate groups/segment. Here you can sort all your rate codes into the right segment.

New widgets on Dashboard
Have you set up your dashboard so that it really shows what you want??
We have several really good widgets that can give you a quick overview of your business. But we are all different and therefore you can adapt it to your needs.
We now have a couple of new widgets, including “latest bookings” which shows the latest bookings received and “Days with price limit” which shows which days you manually set the min or max price.
New restriction option
We now have the option to automatically set restrictions even on our own occupancy. This can be good if, for example, you want to close certain room types or price codes when you reach a certain occupancy.
Block management – MEWS and Opera Cloud
For MEWS and Opera Cloud, PMHR now uses advanced block management and can include unpicked rooms from group blocks in reports and widgets. Blocks where rooms are released according to schedule are also handled automatically and reflected correctly in all statistics. Blocks for a particular day are displayed on the details page and more information about the block can be obtained directly without having to enter the booking system.
