Förbättringar i statistiken
Gäller dig som har PMHR+
Vi är ju, som ni vet, väldigt fokuserade på framtiden. Men många har önskat förbättringar avseende möjligheterna att se historisk data. Det håller vi på med nu och vi har bland annat uppdaterat ovanstående rapport så att ni kan se hela innevarande kalenderår. Välj mellan 12 månader framåt eller innevarande år, se bild.
Nya integrationer
Glädjande för både existerande och framtida kunder är att vi nu har integrationer till både Opera Cloud och Jupiter. Funderar ni på nytt bokningssystem så hittar ni alla våra integrationer här https://pmhr.se/
Olika integrationer har olika förutsättningar, har ni frågor kring detta i era funderingar på bokningssystem så är det bara att höra av sig för diskussion.
Kundenkät
För ett tag sedan genomförde vi en kundenkät, vi fick mycket bra kommentarer från er och vi tackar alla som tog sig tid att besvara den. Vi är också väldigt glada för de fina betygen ni ger oss, vi ska göra allt vi kan för att fortsätta leverera bra program och support!
Här är några allmänna kommentarer på den input vi fick i enkäten:
Ännu enklare användning
Vi fick positiv feedback vad gäller att PMHR är enkelt att använda, men även önskemål om att det skulle kunna vara några färre klick för att göra det dagliga arbetet. Detta tar vi åt oss och jobbar med. Under året kommer det att hända en hel del vad gäller arbetsprocessen och enkelheten i programmet.
Utveckling av statistik och dashboard
Statistikdelarna i PMHR har vuxit starkt de senaste åren. På önskelistan från våra kunder låg bl.a. en dashboard widget för Pickup samt förbättringar i existerande rapporter. Dessa punkter är nu gjorda (yay!) men det stoppar inte oss; vi fortsätter självklart utvecklingen under året!
Fler möjligheter med restriktioner
Restriktionsdelen i PMHR är välanvänd och har mognat en hel del sedan den introducerades. CTA och CTD har lagts till från kunders önskemål samt möjligheter att låsa in restriktioner för en viss dag. Vi fortsätter lyssna in era synpunkter för ytterligare förbättringar.

Improved statistics
For PMHR+ users
As you know, we are very focused on the future. But many have wanted improvements regarding the possibilities to see historical data. We are working on that now and we have, among other things, updated the above report so that you can see the entire current calendar year. Choose between 12 months ahead or the current year, see picture.
New integrations
Pleasing for both existing and future customers is that we now have integrations to both Opera Cloud and Jupiter. If you are considering a new booking system, you will find all our integrations here: https://pmhr.se/

Customer survey
A while ago we carried out a customer survey, we received very good comments from you and we thank everyone who took the time to answer it. We are also very happy for the nice ratings you give us, we will do everything we can to continue delivering a good software and support!
Even easier to use
We received positive feedback regarding the ease of use of PMHR, but also requests that there could be a few fewer clicks in the daily work. We take this on and work with it. During the year, a lot will happen in terms of the work process and the simplicity of the software.
Development of statistics and dashboard
The statistical parts of PMHR have grown strongly in recent years. On the wish list from our customers were i.a. a dashboard widget for Pickup as well as improvements in existing reports. These points are now made (yay!) but that doesn’t stop us; we will of course continue the development during the year!
More possibilities with restrictions
The restriction part of PMHR is well used and has matured quite a bit since its introduction. CTA and CTD have been added from customer requests as well as options to lock in restrictions for a particular day. We continue to listen to your views for further improvements.
